Meet Christina! Christina has spent her entire life overweight. There has never been a time that she hasn’t been acutely aware of her excess body weight. Despite this she has always had perfect blood pressure and her annual blood work always comes back within normal limits. She is the perfect example of health at every size. And yet, here she is taking “before” photos for another weight loss attempt. She loves her body and how strong it is but feels pressure to confirm to societies expectations of beauty.
